Take your total warehouse square footage and divide by a fixed factor that accounts for aisles, pallet size, and safety spacing.
→ this gives you the number of pallet positions.
2.
Multiply by the number of levels (based on your ceiling height).
→ this gives you your total pallet capacity.
3.
Step 3: Multiply by the average cost per pallet position, then add installation labour.
→ this gives you your project estimate.
